I cannot say that I am a bog fan of fishing but somehow, Alaska brought something in me that there wasnt before, I still dont like casual fishing with my friends but in Alaska it was a completely different thing. Now I am planning on going there again in few months. Weather is not the issue in Alaska, its always cold! Anyway, are there any restrictions on fishing in Alaska?

As far as I know, and I guess you have met with that too, there are only those fees that have to be paid, 1 day $10; 3 day $20; 7 day $30; 14 day $50 and one year $100 (fees for nonresidents). Of course, if you want to go for the King salmon, you have to pay extra. To be honest, I never really understood why is fishing so exciting, or should I say calming. Anyway, just seeing wildlife of Alaska was a great experience for me.
