Are there any buffet style restaurants in Paris?

Bon jour! Im in Paris and Id like to see and taste as much as possible during this couple of days there. Ss for their wonderful cuisine is concerned, Im wondering if there are buffet style restaurants, because its the best way to taste French cuisine without spending much money. And still you can eat as much as you want. Tell me where those restaurants are. Thank you.

Um, I see your point but that doesnt mean that I understand you. French cuisine is of the most refined in the world and its blasphemous to even think of tasting it that way. Buffet restaurants can be a good solution when you not in Paris and France. Since its not the way of sampling French cuisine, you may as well go to McDonalds because these buffet restaurants are not better than that. But if you insist, heres the name of a restaurant that has buffet: La Cave De L'os A Moelle. Ill just say Bon Apptit, if thats possible bearing in mind whats your idea of tasting French cuisine.
