Are bats underneath Congress Bridge in Austin dangerous?

I heard that there are some bats underneath Congress Bridge in Austin, and I would like to know if they are dangerous or not. I will go to Austin next week, and I would really like to go and check them out, because as far as I know there were no bats underneath that bridge before.

I would not agree with you, because as far as I know the bats have been a very popular attraction in Austin for quite some time. And no, they are not dangerous, so if you go to Austin, you can freely go to see them. My advice is not to go too early, because I doubt you will see them then.
