Any song contests in Ukraine this year?

Hi guys! Are there some song contests in Ukraine this year? I’m a big ESC fan and I’m dying to attend one of the final competitions but unfortunately I have never had that opportunity. I’m traveling to Ukraine with some of my colleagues from the university this May and I’m wondering whether maybe the ESC will be in Ukraine this year. Do you happen to know?

Oh my God! And you call yourself a huge ESC fan! In that light it is unforgivable for you to make such a mistake. Let me inform you: this year ESC finals are being held in Belgrade, Serbia. I know that despite the fact that I only watch it every now and then. I don’t know, but I think that about two years ago Ukraine was the host of ESC. But anyway, this is a nice country that has become democratic recently and it will be nice to see that changes there, despite that fact that you will miss attending ESC. But if you have enough time and money you can visit Belgrade during May and enjoy your favorite show.
