Any good private walking tour in Tokio?

Hello there! My girlfriend and I will spend a week in Tokyo, the capitol city of Japan. Beside the program that is organized and whole group will take, two of us would like to take a private walking tour in the city. Is there possibility for that? Can you recommend something for us? I don’t know which places will you visit with your guide, but there is my recommendation. I was in Tokyo last summer and was very glad to take a walk tour round the city and saw lovely restaurants and cafes. I visited Tsukiji Fish Market and café zone called Aoyama. Hope you will enjoy there!
