Any cool resaurants in Amsterdam?

Hi! I will go with my brother in Amsterdam next week. We are big fans of cool restaurants so I was wondering if anyone can give me assistance on that matter. I am sure there are great restaurants there, but I would need a guide: where to find them, what do they serve, things like that. I am not much concerned about prices as both of us value good time above anything else.

If you want to go to cool restaurants, Amsterdam is one of the best places in Europe for that. There are several really cool places. Fusion is one of the first restaurants you ought to visit. The interior is dark and inviting. There are big screens with Hong Kong music videos playing. There are bubble teas and some of the tastiest all-Asian dishes in the city. Another obligatory place for you is 18twintig. It is perfect for trendy locals and visitors who want to have full experience. It is all in one: a bar, a lounge and a restaurant, all set in a beautiful interior. Other notable places are Altmann, Beddingtons or Blok 4. All in all, you will never be boring
