Amazing response from Emirates customer service

I am going on the trip next week with Emirates. But my colleague told me that he had very bad experience with Emirates customer service. He didnt want to tell me any details. I asked him to explain himself. Then he said that he had had some problems with them in the past and because of ,,amazing response From Emirates customer service he would never flight with them again.

Amazing response from Emirates customer service tell me about it?! My sister and I decided last summer to go to the Dubai and spend there couple days of our summer holiday. We reserved the flight with Emirates. We already used service of this company, and we were satisfied with them. And service was always more than fine. So we booked flight on the time. But, our friends suggested us to move the flight back later, because they offered us to stay with them one more week. We moved the flight, at least we taught so. But when the day of the return came we werent on the list of the passengers. When I went to the girl that works with tickets I asked her why I am not on the list. And do you know what their amazing response was: You didnt show on the flight. I was angry. That is very unprofessional, and not responsibly. I will never fly with them again.
