Aberdeen layover?

Hello people. I am taking a trip around Scotland. I will have one layover on my itinerary. That will be in Aberdeen. Since I have never been there, I am looking for some suggestions and advices about that place. I am not sure how long we will be staying there. All of your suggestions are welcomed. Thanks.

Hello, friend. Aberdeen is indeed great place. There are a lot of things to be seen. At first I have to tell you that Aberdeen's Tourist Information Office can be really helpful. As you probably know there are a lot of castles in Aberdeen. My recommendation is to visit Crathes Castle near Banchory. Another sight is The Auld Kirk of St. Nichola. You can also visit the Lighthouse and Harbour Master. There are three important buildings that are worth to be seen. They are, locally called, Education, Salvation and Damnation. Lots of attractions are at the Aberdeen Beach. Enjoy your stay.
